About the Show
I Knew You’d Do This is a one-person show, that follows Taylor’s journey of heartbreak, mental health, and hope. After getting ghosted by their partner, Taylor experiences such highs and lows that they have never experienced before. While everyone around them knows their emotions are escalating, Taylor is the last to realize they are acting out. When Taylor’s ex broke up with them, Taylor’s ex got a new girlfriend, and Taylor got a bipolar disorder diagnosis. I Knew You’d Do This highlights the symptoms of Bipolar disorder that are often stigmatized, while exploring the humanity of those who have it.
